We went in the same day and met with Michaela (BEST NURSE EVER) who walked my very nervous father and I through every detail with the utmost care. She was able to soothe his worries while also giving me all the details we needed to be able to prepare for the medical and financial side of things. We then met with Dr. James E. Strauss DMD who was equally kind and knowledgeable. He was able to further explain the procedure my dad needed and answer any of our remaining questions. The whole visit was as good as it can get when you need to see a dentist. It was much faster than we anticipated but we appreciated how urgently they took care of things and were able to alleviate his pain. They also offered him IV sedation to help with his pain and to also keep him as comfortable as possible due to his medical history. At no time did we feel rushed, and the whole time we had people checking in on us making sure we were comfortable. Everyone, from the front desk staff and finance to the nurses and doctor, were the best medical care I have ever seen at a dentist's office. ****We have dental insurance, that they (unfortunately) do not accept, and we STILL chose to come here after many recommendations and promises of quality care and clear communication of expected costs.**** Highly, highly recommend. I wish we could come here for all of our dental needs. 10/10.

I had received good care, and always just accepted that as the norm, until today. The care at Dr. Sohl's office knocked my socks off! Never, had experienced such a well coordinated medical team, the staff of no less than 5 skilled professionals greeted me @8AM and readied me for the procedure(don't recall names for the shout out they well deserve, they did sedate me!) without a skip in the flow, completely putting me at ease, stellar care! As if an incredibly well trained and talented staff (from the professional who do the scheduling, booking ,billing the incredible medical staff) were not enough to make u return, the space and the ambience of the office as well as the treatment rooms are well thought out and decorated obviously with patients experience in mind. You get the a1 medical treatment, while in a state of the Art facility that feels like home! Not done yet, so as we know they call you later in the day of surgery to see how you are progressing, and yes I received that call checking up and not from the staff but from Dr Sohl himself! When I am in the position to have the upper done, there is absolutely no question as to where I will go!

Kudos to the employees that helped me with my IV sedation. I was nervous about the procedure, the IV was placed easily and before I knew it I was sitting up and the extractions were done. I don't even remember Dr Kuhns working on mebut he asked me if I was ok and later when I got home I had minimal bleeding. It was a success and I would definitely recommend Dr Kuhns and this office to everyone.

Bright, nice area to check-in. Extremely comfortable soft leather chairs. Nice to be greeted with a smile. I was actually there for a repair. They took me to an area where I could find out the prices and get checked in as a new patient. After looking over the prices and I know what other places wanted to charge me for a replacement that's why I decided to replace it. My only hiccup with Aspen is.........when calling on a repair for my denture there is a wait time. I have used other dentists and the call goes like this......." me: I have a hot spot on my new denture. Them: I have an appointment opening in 2 weeks, nothing sooner. Other offices I have been at.......me: My new denture has a hotspot. Them: come in whenever you want, we'll work you in." That's what I was expecting when I bought it from them. 6 weeks after I bought it, one tooth fell out while eating a crispy chicken wing. I called, granted it was 2 days before Christmas. They are doing me a favor and got me 5 days later. Another BIG problem is...when I came in to purchase another set they saw the ones I was wearing at the time. After I bought and paid for them and was picking them up the doctor said."oh they are a little smaller than the ones you have". A little? I think they should have mentioned that when I purchased them don't ya think? A few speed bumps, but none the less I am happy. Yes, I'll keep using them and will recommend them as well.

I called multiple offices to get an idea of their charges. Dr Brown's office was friendly and helpful with the information I was looking for regarding their practice. When we went for the consultation, they reviewed our insurance policy and figured the cost of the consult and surgery with our plan and were exact on their figures. The total out of pocket was around $260.00 not $500.00 as the other practice told me. (by the way the other practice also told me they had increased their rates and the earlier quote would be more).
