I paid $6,000 for maternity care and only attended three appointments before deciding to transfer to another provider. After leaving, I requested a refund minus the cost of the care I actually received, which I felt was a reasonable request. Initially, I was offered only a $1,000 refund, which I did not feel reflected the limited services that were provided. After nearly two years of back-and-forth communication trying to resolve the situation, Galina eventually agreed to refund $3,000. However, despite that agreement, the refund was never actually provided. Over the course of this process I repeatedly followed up politely by email asking for updates or a timeline, but the situation was never resolved. Meanwhile, I had to seek care elsewhere and even pay out of pocket for emergency care through another provider. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid $6,000 and after months of trying to resolve things respectfully, I was left without the agreed refund and with very little care provided.

Bianca Monteagudo , RN and Jennifer, RN were also very knowledgeable and competent. Bianca Monteagudo listened to my sons breathing front and back with her stethoscope. She checked his pulse. and asked some additional questions. She was gentle, understanding and explained everything. Jennifer assisted her in suctioning his nose. The provider was so well informed and competent. I couldn't remember his name but he was a male in his 30-40s. Great bed side manners and very informative.

I arrived there at exactly 9:50, and the security guard--a Black gentleman whose ID I unfortunately couldn't see--wouldn't let me in, despite knowing perfectly well that the center is open until 10:00 PM. I wonder how he would react if someone did the same thing to one of his own children. What a massive lack of respect and professionalism. I hope someone takes appropriate action and punishes this behavior.

On a recent visit, we were attended to by Dr. Neal and her staff, whom I found to be knowledgeable, attentive and kind. We used to go to West Kendall, but then migrated over to this location after dealing with extremely long wait times. At first, service was average here, but we feel that it has greatly improved since, especially after the pandemic. I have two children here, and our visit today was met with by great nurses, an extremely friendly lab tech, and the doctor herself. Hope it stays this way!
