He is incredibly familiar with Downtown Orlando, College Park, and the surrounding areas and is knowledgeable about each of the housing markets. He was EXTREMELY patient with us (two very picky girls with opposite schedules) and helped making an otherwise hard process easier than expected. He went above and beyond to show us homes that fell into our criteria and took it upon himself to pick out and show us five or six at a time. So many realtors don't return calls in a timely manner and have no follow through - not Don! He was also really gay friendly which was important to us as we met with a realtor or two before meeting Don that treated us like we were roommates instead of a couple which was extremely off putting. After we closed on our beautiful home, Don even met with our potential contractors which was great because he asked questions we would not have thought to ask.
