At 3:40 I texted her because she still hadn't shown up. She said she was still running an hour late at the job she was at. She told me when she was done that job she would text me and we could reschedule a different day. She did not text me back Monday to reschedule. I texted her on Wednesday stating that I no longer wanted her services to clean my windows but I wanted my screens back. I texted her again on Friday and she told me she had a chiropractor appointment and she would return the screens at approximately 6:30 that night. No screens were delivered. At 11:15PM that night she sent me a text stating she will be passing through at 7:45 for sure. Why she is texting a customer at 11:15PM is beyond me? She did return the screens after multiple attempts to get them back to us. Very disappointed with her unreliability, lack of services, communication and commitment.

He came and pressure washed the patio, filled in the missing dust. He had to come back because he had to seal it. He did come back to drop off a gallon of high gloss, which should've been 4 gallons for the size of my patio. He told my husband he'd be back after lunch. I sent pictures of my patio when it was new and wanted the same sheen. He never responded. He told us the day before that he underestimated the job and asked if we could pay him minus a hundred until he finished. He never came back or responded to me. Do not hire this company. I have used them at my own home and also when preparing homes for sale- as I am a realtor. Recently I gave window cleaning to a good customer as a closing gift on an upscale condo with a southern exposure and lots of large -DIRTY- windows. The job was progressing beautifully until the last window and apparently one of the two pegs that holds the window in place when tilted open- malfunctioned and the window was accidentally broken. It took a couple weeks, but FISH took the window without argument and had it repaired. They were wonderful in keeping me informed on what was happening and brought the repaired window to install the day it was ready. It was very unfortunate, but the manager and the office staff were wonderful communicators and my clients who bought the condo were delighted with the job which was done and the repair. As good as new. This was rare- but tells alot about the customer service and shows you are in good hands with them.
