Loved the options in this shop. We regret not getting something here. Tried looking it up on Google to see if we can order online. I knew it the chance was slim, but I came across this yelp page and figured I'd leave a review of what we saw. Artist was also working on site, which is always great to see. In my opinion, items were well priced and not too high. read more

After a wonderful tour of the Melk Abbey, Gayle and I had some time to walk through the old town. We happened upon this ceramic shop and just had to go in. The shop consists of lots of very handsome and creative local pottery and the associated workshop. We left with a nice Holy Family piece that is a key piece of our Holiday decorations at our home. read more

My husband and I bought two beautiful mugs at this sore. I love the glaze on them and how they feel when holding them. I am going to check out ordering more of them for our lake home. read more

We toured the Abbey and on the way back to the station, we stopped by for a look. What a fabulous place. All three of us came away with some treasures. My only disappointment was he would not sell any of his pumpkins. OH WELL, maybe next time. read more

I was on my way to Stephanplatz when my attention was taken by this very charming presentshop which…read moreis "hidden" inside a backyard. It is not so far from Franziskanerplatz. I was curious to see what was in.... Entering I immediately saw the proverbs in English and French on the wall... looking further I saw a variety of goods too much to name (I took some photo's) There is so much in Die Vermischte Warenhandlung that for sure you will find an original present. I like the nice tin boxes of the 60's. The lady in the shop was very friendly and service oriented. When I am again in Vienna I come again to look around and to buy something for home.
