I'd just had an…read moreoil change done, and it turned out the shop had failed to reinstall the oil drain plug -- oil was leaking out, and I was stuck and scared, hours from my destination. Every shop I called in Raton said they were booked out for weeks. But then I called Pete at Triple O Auto -- and he didn't hesitate. He listened, understood, and immediately said, "Come here, I'll help you." Pete was not only professional and fast -- he was kind. He found the issue right away, replaced the missing plug, refilled my oil, and had me back on the road. But more than that, as a young woman traveling alone, he made me feel completely safe and cared for. While he worked, he told me about his grandkids, shared a few stories, and just made everything feel normal again in a moment that was anything but. I can't thank him enough. If you're ever in Raton and need help -- whether you're local or just passing through -- Triple O Auto and Pete are the real deal. Honest, kind, and exactly the kind of people you hope to meet when life goes sideways. Pete's a gem. -- Emily

The wheel bearing on my nieces SUV started failing about 10-miles outside of Raton, NM and got drastically worse by the minute. With ~4 mile to Raton we hit the flashers and crawled along the shoulder about 5-mph until we reached his shop. We were an unexpected repair to add to his already booked calendar, but he was able to fit me in after verifying the parts store had what was needed. In about an hour he had the car repaired and we were on the road again to make the delivery. He and his team didn't have to take on the extra work, but he knew we were in a bad situation we couldn't control and he was able to fit me in. You took an extremely stressful situation and literally made it go away. We are EXTREMELY grateful and can't thank you enough for getting us back on the road. If you and your family are ever in the Austin/San Marcos, TX area let us know, we'd love to repay your kindness as many others have mentioned on Google reviews.
