I showed him what I was thinking and asked his recommendations. I had assumed that I'd possibly need 2 downspouts in the back, since it was such a long gutter. He said that 1 should do the job, saving me some money. He took measurements, gave me a price, got right to work and was finished in no time. The gutters look great and work fantastic! Unfortunately I must give 1 star because the app requires you to…read more We went with this company because when we purchased our home (03/21), this company did the roof inspection and we were given a 2 year roof certification. Basically a 2 year warranty. The first rain we had in our new home, we noticed 3 different spots were the roof was leaking and into our home. Of course we called this company because we had the roof certification and felt at peace knowing we were covered. And theeeen they came out to "fix" the roof. At first, the guy (Arturo) wanted to argue that he remembered inspecting it and there were no issues, how can you tell it was completed? Shouldn't you have tested it with water to guarantee this? Anyhow, after going back and forth, they finally "fixed" it. Didn't have anymore raining days until fast forward to Oct. 2021, first rain of the season and of course the situation was not fixed. Contacted Arturo and he once again argued with my husband that he fixed and replaced the tiles that were broken. More back and forth and he said he would contact us back, to which he did a few hours later to continue to make excuses as to why he wasn't going to be able to come anytime soon. We explained that the situation began to leak water through the walls and was damaging our home and if we needed to, further legal actions would be taken. Again he said he would call back, he called back the next day saying he would finally be able to come out in two days at 9am. Which is today (10/28/21) and it is now 12pm and they are still a no show. He text my husband at roughly 10am to say he's waiting on his roofer. We are being as patient as we can but this is very frustrating. Will give an update when they decide to finally come and fix the problem.
