Review of Top Tier Auto
A few people are starting a GoFundMe to fund a class-action lawsuit against this man and his wife. He previously ran a business called Infiniti Auto, which had numerous complaints filed against it with the Attorney General. The company also issued bounced checks to auto auctions, ultimately leading to its closure. After that, he opened Top Tier Auto.
Since then, there have been at least 75 to 100 complaints under the new business name. He has moved locations twice, and as a car dealer, he has a track record of dishonesty. He has been taken to court multiple times. His wife, who was once an upstanding citizen, has also become involved in these questionable practices.
Some individuals have claimed that criticism of him is racially motivated, even posting a video to support this claim. However, the issues customers have faced are not about race--they are about business ethics. Customers have reported fraudulent practices, selling faulty vehicles, and financial dishonesty. Many of the positive reviews online appear to be from family members, as those posting them rarely include their full names.
For example, my neighbor purchased a car for $6,500, and the engine failed just four months later. Additionally, there is a case of a vehicle catching fire, nearly resulting in a tragic accident. Dozens of people have reported losing between $6,000 and $10,000 due to his actions.
Despite these numerous complaints, the Attorney General and state authorities in Ohio seem to be ignoring the issue. Many believe this is due to concerns about potential racial discrimination lawsuits. However, this should not excuse unethical business practices.
This dealership has allegedly harmed low-income, disabled, and unemployed individuals who can least afford to lose money on unreliable vehicles. It is time for authorities to take action before more people are affected. To make matters worse, this man has harmed the community by taking advantage of low-income earners, disabled individuals, and people with bad credit. The state of Ohio needs to investigate him, yet the Attorney General has turned a blind eye to his actions. Despite multiple court cases and repeated allegations of fraud, he continues to operate under a new business name. He is dishonest, a thief, and a liar, and his wife has also become involved in these unethical practices.
He can't even afford a reputable lawyer, so if you take him to court, there isn't much to worry about. He relies on a prepaid legal account, and the first thing out of his mouth is always about suing someone. But when you have one of those $59.99-per-month lawyers, like LegalShield--which once employed Jodi Arias--going to court really doesn't seem that intimidating.
