I called Mike's and got a text from Ann within a day. She was patient and friendly and answered all my questions. She also asked me plenty of questions to narrow down exactly what I wanted and gave me options with prices, including advice since I was considering buying the fabric myself. I put it off for a few weeks and then at the last minute wanted to get it done a week before July 4th so we could host friends for a bbq. I texted her back and they (Ann and Tina) were incredibly kind and fit me into their tight schedule. They gave me a clear timeline and estimate, and were upfront about any additional costs that might come up. In my case, I wanted to reuse the foam and ended up paying a little extra to redo the dakron (buffer foam) but they gave me a heads up so I was prepared. I had one bench and four cushions redone. There was piping, zippers, and straps. And they were in pretty bad condition when I dropped them off. It was finished on time and it came out looking brand new! It looks so good. I'm so happy we went with them. The price they gave us was great and the workmanship was excellent. Tina even took time to meet me when I picked up the cushions to walk me through the work they did. I'm very pleased with the positive experience I had, especially with the hiccups I had with just finding a shop. We'll absolutely be using them again when we redo the rest of the chairs. Erick and his crew did a wonderful job - they had the fabric backed to make it more durable, which turned out great, and did some really nice detail work including new bottom-boards for the cushions so that they fit perfectly against the backs of the chairs. And, they even made a little pillow for us with the extra fabric! Most important though, the chairs look absolutely beautiful now, and my husband and I are very happy with them. Mario SAVED my Mustang…read more My 2012 Ford Mustang convertible top was beginning to unglue from the back window. It was letting in the elements, including the rain! I tried to fix it myself with all kinds of super glue, gorilla glue, even duct tape. It was a mess. I was looking at expensive estimates to replace the entire convertible top-- just because it was ungluing! That was the only solution according to all the other shops I visited! Well, not Mario's shop. He saved me *hundreds* of dollars. He was able to glue it back together and it perfectly withstood the California elements.
