When Taylor was 20-30 minutes from getting to us, he called me at 5 after 5 to let me know. I appreciate the promptness in the phone call. Upon arrival my husband, Taylor and I got to talking about our garage door needs. Initially we brought Jolly Goat out for the possibility of maintenance for the current door we have. After assessment we asked for an estimate for repair and new door. After hearing the cost for repair to the current door, it was decided we will be getting a new door instead. I appreciate the time for them making the drive out at our request. At the end of the appointment, Taylor got the final quote and other documentation sent to my email and measurements completed, so they could get the door ordered as soon as possible. He was flexible with scheduling as we have 3 kids in sports and our days are chaotic. He came out within 2 days and he not only replaced our broken spring but also did a full tune up of our system including recalibrating the motor, lubricating all the joints of our door, checking our rails, and thoroughly checking our door for any damage from the fall when the spring broke.
