Overall, expected food, service and space, but could use some "pizaz." As of the fist time there, my impressions weren't bad. The food seemed of average quality for any local, non-chain Italian restaurant with "local" funding. I was in Lethbridge for business, and my AirBnB was down the block from this place, so I thought I'd order a pizza to go. Usually I read the reviews on Yelp when I'm going to a place out of town, but I neglected to do so. That was my mistake. The menu offered thin crust pizzas, and the picture of the prosciutto and mushroom looked good, so I ordered it. The charge was over $25.00. When I picked it up, I was a little surprised by the small box. However, the real surprise was when I got back to my place and opened that small box. I've provided pictures of the website photo and what the pizza I got looked like. As you can see, they are very different. The pizza was very small, and the cheese was practically non-existent. The crust was Ok, as was the sauce. I appreciate that food costs are up. However, over $25.00 for a small, almost-cheeseless pizza is, in my respectful opinion, a travesty. I had lunch today at Top Pizza & Spaghetti House. I was in the mood for pasta so ordered lasagna. I could have gotten "regular" or "baked" lasagna ... the difference (aside from $1) is that regular is just pasta and sauce and baked has cheese on top and is baked. I went with baked and it was good and filling. The garlic bread was good. Kirsten was my server. She was pleasant and took good care of me. read more

I'm fairly new to Lethbridge, and heard a lot of good things about their pizza. I went in for lunch today, and it was fairly busy, but myself and a friend were greeted by a friendly staff member and were seated within about a minute. Going over the menu, the pizza prices seem a little high, but I was told the quality is worth the price. My friend and I decided to share a medium Hawaiian Pizza. About 25 minutes later, the pizza arrived and it looked delicious. Unlike some pizza places where the crust tastes like cardboard, and the meat has no flavor, this pizza was the opposite and my friend agreed. The toppings were very generous, and the whole pizza was very plentiful. I can't underestimate the quality of the pizza. I would have gave Top's Pizza 5 stars, but the wait seemed a little long. read more

Service was friendly but there were too few waitstaff for the number of customers. After a very long wait for food my Caprese panini had no seasoning, dressing or even olive oil on the outside of the bread. It was dry and quite tasteless. Ordered delivery an anniversary meal for my parents. We are extremely disappointed with our order. Used the website as a guide for what to order and called them direct. On the website it stated lasagna and meat sauce with a picture of a normal looking lasagna with cheese noodles and sauce and the description describing exactly what the picture showed . What arrived was noodles and meat sauce..... No cheese. Called them and the person then told me that there was two types of lasagna, one with cheese and one without. I said that's not what the website said but she just said again that they had two options. No one mentioned the options to me on the call. Now my parents are putting their own cheese on their 33 dollar noodles with sauce trying to convince us that it's ok. So disappointed. Will not be ordering from them again. read more

Well, after watching the TV commercials about this place being the best pizza in town, I decided to give them a try. We ordered the family special which consisted of 2 large pizza's and if you add 2 toppings on them u get either bread or a pasta dish. We chose lasagna The pizza ends up being rubbery, terribly boring and at 12"....the size of their competitors' mediums. The toppings were very much the equivalent of buying no-name brand pepperoni and ham from superstore. The lasagna came with noodles and meat sauce. I at first thought the cook had made a mistake and forgot the cheese but upon reading the fine print on the menu realized that you needed to specify adding cheese at a nominal charge. Wouldn't that make it something other than lasagna? In summary, Tops proves to be another basic pizza shop with nothing whatsoever about it to make new clients consider reordering form them again. read more

Horrible pizza, it was worse then cheap pizza from the grocery store. Sauce was acidic, meat was cheap and unpleasant. Pizza bread was dry and seasoning did nothing for it, sauce just as bad. Delivery service was late and he didn't know how to operate his credit card machine. read more

This is certainly the best pizza in Lethbridge and some of the best pizza I've ever had, period. While the decor is somewhat (okay, very) dated, people don't exactly come here for the ambiance. What people do come here for is, of course, the pizza. Each pie is loaded with cheese and toppings (selected from the small but extensive menu), built on a not-too-thin, not-too-thick crust, and then baked just enough to get a crispy bottom without noticeable browning. The service, too, is excellent, but the pizzas can take a while to cook, especially when the restaurant is busy. Top also cooks up an excellent gluten-free pizza, which come in medium only and cost just a couple bucks more than a wheat pizza. And as icing on the cake, every topping is also gluten-free, so there's no need for your celiac friends to feel even a little left out. read more

Don't go to this pizza place if you are looking for good pizza. Nearly 30 dollars for a medium size pizza that they claim is a large. I'm glad I didn't order a small, it is probably the size of a cookie. Completely uninspired cooking. Lame flat sauce. Tasteless weird texture crust that reminds you of pizza you have purchased two days ago and are reheating. It reeks of a place that is desperately trying to increase it's margin by skimping on quality. Their lasagna must be killer good, because this pizza isn't keeping them in business. Honestly, this place sucks. I am new to lethbridge and have had a hard time finding a pizza place. I had seen this place pop up in my searches quite alot so i decided to give it a try. What i ended up with was an soggy, overpriced, tiny medium pizza. It was more like a personal pizza, where each slice was the size of your palm. I was so dissapointed. And to top it off, the pictures they have on their website arent even there real food. On their site it shows a normal looking pepperoni pizza with the pepperonis ON TOP of the cheese, what i got was soggy pepperonis under the cheese which is a huge turn off for me. Talk about false advertising. We were so hungry and we didnt even finish the measily 10 inch pizza we got delivered. HUGE RIP OFF. Meh. So I was expecting the "best pizza in Lethbridge" to be, you know, pretty damned good. It was so-so at best. I give it 3 stars only because my husband seemed to think his pizza was decent. I'd give it 2 stars based on the pepperoni pizza. I wouldn't say the toppings were of higher quality than cheap chains, and it just had no flavor! The sauce didn't zing, the cheese didn't stretch or taste gooey, and the pepperoni (pardon me, Albertans, but what you call pepperoni is SALAMI) was bland. Sorry, Top. I liked the idea of a locally owned restaurant with the best pizza, but I didn't love it. I know all the locals love it, though, so you'll do just fine as a business! :) read more

Just ordered a Louis Pizzza and the pizza was Spicy hot. Got to the point I could not continue. Just had the same pizza a couple of weeks ago and it was great but not this one. Maybe they should check on their quality control. read more

Great pizza and Greek salad. Decor is a bit dated but the food is Fresh and baked in the nice box pizza ovens at the front.

When ordering pizza from here off of there website be aware that the prices are higher when you go to pay for it. When i called after i noticed to inquire why the difference in price I was told it was out of the power of the girl answering the phone and was also told many people have inquired and that management was aware of it. When I further questioned how long this has been going on i was told to read the disclaimer on the website. Needless to say i will never order from this place again as they are happy to screw people with deceptive advertising. Just finished eating there, food tasted great, but not filling at all. Ordered the L Philly Cheesesteak pizza, and the roast beef was almost non existent. I ripped apart a few pieces to see if there was actually any meat in there. I get more roast beef on an Arby's Sandwich than on that large pizza.
