I had a time sensitive and urgent copy project that I called them no less than 5 times about explaining it and weeks in advance to alert them I would be coming in. I dropped off my project on a Thursday morning and said it had to be complete by Friday at 5 to go out by FedEx. On Friday morning they called and said they had not begun the project, their printers were broken and oops. I was furious they did not care at all about my project which affects my job. I would not expect this lack of concern about a customer from a local business. I had to go to FedEx Kinkos and get them to complete my project. They saved the day and did a fantastic job for me.
