MRO is Radio Shack on steroids and then some. They carry a HUGE assortment of switches, connectors, LED's, they make custom electrical cables, they carry electronic service tools and soooo much more. If you need something electrical, they will have it or can get it for you!

Jakob was the sales associate who assisted us in answering all our questions and didn't apply any pressure tactics. He was super genuine, listened to our questions, and provided clear, honest answers. He kept things simple to understand without getting too tekkie. We were impressed with the experience and ended up making a t.v. purchase mostly because of Jakob's demeanor and honesty.

This is standard practice at every other electronic store I've been to (even EB games will refund you within this window) and I assumed I'd be fine. However I was rejected by the staff who pointed out the full return policy was on the website. The product was in saleable condition and had been opened but not used, everything it came with was there. I was returning it less than 24 hours after the original purchase and could see no reasoning that it wouldn't be returnable other than The source wanting to cling to my money. This is an extremely shady practice, I'd wish I bought my game at a store more forgiving with their return policy. This was my first and last time ever going to The source, and I would recommend you to get your electronics elsewhere.
