Stains (which are still present) were not treated except one in a doorway that the technician scuffed the stain repeatedly with his black soled boots that he wore in from the outside. No shoe covers were worn until the technician was placing the protective papers under the legs of the furniture. I had to request to have the papers placed. The second technician was sitting in the truck, not assisting, for the last 35 minutes of the visit. They were correct when they told me the carpet would dry in 24 hours. I do not recommend their services.

I started noticing my allergies / sinuses picking up and my dog sneezing way more often. So I did a little research and reached out to Chem-Dry, and their technician Ray is super helpful / knowledgeable. He helped me understand why more regular deep cleaning is useful not only for businesses, but for at-home as well. After working with him and having my cleaning done, I noticed an immediate difference for both my 12 year old pup and I - so much so that I've now signed up for the "Gold Membership", where I will be able to schedule quarterly cleanings. They could not have been more helpful and my fabrics look brand new! The two guys that arrived were professional, kind, and explained everything to me. Had a little light that they shined on couch and ottoman. It showed everything! Apparently my dog had more than one accident. I was so embarrassed, but the techs reassured me that they could clean everything out. 1 hour later, they were complete. Brought light back out and showed me. Everything was gone! My couch looked brand new! It does take 4-8 hours to dry. Worth every penny. I will do this at least annually. They made my 10 year old couch and ottoman look brand new! Highly recommend!!!!

My landlord informed me the carpet was left dirty and had a strong musty smell as if dirty water had been used resulting in me, essentially, being charged a second time for further cleaning. I reached out to Service Masters several times about the issue and was very patient. However, I never received a call back upon my last request for one.It it my perception that Service Masters of Corpus Christi values a few hundred dollars in profit more than they do their reputation. I do not recommend them, especially to any of my fellow service members.
