They pretreated, cleaned, and put a protector on to help make future spots easier to clean. Of course, three treatments will take it longer to dry so I may have to edit my comments later. But so far so good! As of now, I will use them again.

I reached out to Chem-Dry after hearing about them from my cousin who does commercial window-cleaning kept seeing them on-site, and he was always impressed with the quality work they did. They could not have been more helpful and my fabrics look brand new! I started noticing my allergies / sinuses picking up and my dog sneezing way more often. So I did a little research and reached out to Chem-Dry, and their technician Ray is super helpful / knowledgeable. He helped me understand why more regular deep cleaning is useful not only for businesses, but for at-home as well. After working with him and having my cleaning done, I noticed an immediate difference for both my 12 year old pup and I - so much so that I've now signed up for the "Gold Membership", where I will be able to schedule quarterly cleanings. Again, can't recommend these guys enough!

Such a great job! Hired Coastal last month to clean our new Corpus location after struggling with…read moreour contractor to get the building clean and ready for us to move in. The contractors cleaners did okay but the floors looked cloudy and streaky plus the lobby and offices were dusty and already in need of another cleaning. Ryan came out for the bid and said the problem was grout haze and its a pretty common issue after tile installation. So we agreed to two cleanings. One prior to opening that would take care of the floors and include dusting, cleaning bathrooms and basically everything top to bottom and then one follow up cleaning two weeks later after all the dust settled. Everything looks amazing. They got the cloudy streaky layer off the tile and everything was dusted and wiped down ready for opening. Then last Friday night they came in and recleaned everything. The work was great, job scope was clear and the price didn't change and I know those floors took more than half a day to get right. Great job Coastal!
