I would not recommend this dealership. The manager didn't have the courtesy to reply to my email or pick up his phone to apologize or explain. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Spoke with Kentville Nissan Sat Sept 21/2013 Asked about a Nissan Juke on their website. Was told…read morethat car had been sold but if I was willing to place a deposit that day, they would see if another one could be brought in. Two hours later I get the call, the car I had asked for was available. Great I thought, we agreed on a price and I gave a thousand dollar deposit. Spoke with Kentville Nissan on Tue Sept 24/2013. Was told my new car had arrived. Made plans to pick the car up on Thursday Sept 26/2013. After a 3 1/2 hour drive from Moncton N.B. was told THEY had made a mistake in the options that I had been very specific that I did not want. Was told if I wanted the car it was going to be over two thousand dollars more than what we had agreed upon. Needless to say I've been around long enough to recognize the old bait & switch game when I see it. We left the dealership with nothing more than a terrible experience and useless apology! I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!
