(Not True and any automaker would not design a car that way.) It took only 19 bolts and remove/replace 6 clips to finish the entire job. Very personable, very nice, has a great smile, with twilight eyes and is a "god fearing man", but he must be in money trouble to be charging those rates. He didn't like that I showed up, because I called him out and his personable demeanor changed fast. If you want honest, go to Car Zone (small hill and belt line in Grand Prairie) ask for Aladdin. I met the owner Milton the next day while at Chipotle and told me to take my Jeep in so he could look. $200 later it was fixed and I was off. He is the definition of Integrity & affordable. Milton even came to check out my landlords car that was broke...he literally drove himself over to inspect it because her car wouldn't drive. He fixed her car at her house! What incredible service! Since then I have recommended him and several friends have used him. My roomate is headed there tomorrow to get his brakes done. It's such a relief to find a reliable, honest and reasonable mechanic I can truly trust!

With admirable patience, he helped me identify the package that best suited my needs and worked to schedule around my busy days to come to my house to detail the car. On the day of service, Cooksey arrived 15 minutes early and started prepping his equipment. He then spent about 8 hours detailing my neglected interior. To say I was impressed is an understatement. His attention to detail is amazing, his work ethic is above and beyond other detailing services I've used in the past. I didn't expect his work to make the 3-year-old car look brand new, but by the end of the day - I was amazed. Car interior was practically brand new like the day I drove it off the lot. Even my neighbor was impressed at the amount of work Cooksey put into my car. To see a young man work from sun up to a typical end of day in this Texas heat is admirable. Cooksey certainly took great care of my detailing needs and went above expectation through and through. My husband and I have a side business of flipping used cars. We're definitely deferring to Cooksey for all our detailing needs. 10/10 Highly recommend!

We were floored and wanted to know what in the world they did to the car. In very broken engrish, Tommy told my wife and I the timing chain needed to be replaced and told us he could not get a hold of my wife so he preformed the service anyway. Problem is, our car is three years old has 27900 miles on it and is covered by the manufactures warranty. This guy is a crook and a con. Two days after we got the car back, it acted the same way as when we brought it in so we had it towed back to BMW and was told the cold start valve needed to be replaced and so did the water pump. It was now leaking. As it turns out, the timing belt was NOT replaced or even looked at, it would appear they instead replaced the serpentine belt and tried to charge us for the timing belt. Dallas BMW warrantied the repair, replaced the water pump and cold start valve as we asked and the car runs great. We cancelled our AMX charge with Tommy Techs and called and asked for the parts they claimed to have replaced only to now have Tommy claim he could not understand what we were asking for and hung up on us!
