A young man gave me the best pedicure I have ever had! I will be looking for him when I go back!

They were so busy, so call for your appointment! Got a mani and pedi and just sat enjoying being pampered. The girl that took care of me was kind, talkative, and did a great job! read more

The lady who did my pedicure spoke very brok English. She did not push back my cuticles. She also did not exfoliate the dry skin on my feet very well. When paying $75 plus a tip, I was very disappointed. read more

Amazing! Pedicure services matched exactly what I wanted it to. Would definitely revisit.

I have always been very happy with my nail and pedicure care. My recent trip included removal of acrylics and then dip polish. My tech did a great job, my nails look natural! Next time I will also pay for a manicure to take proper care of the mail bed. read more

if it was possible to give a minus one, I would. Went in to get my nails done, I have SNS or powder dip on my nails. She used a drill instead of soaking to get off the powder and burned me, not once but twice and then blamed me and told me I had no clue how to take the SND off...ummm, have had SNS since it has come out, you don't treat it like acrylic. spreading the word to my family that lives here to avoid this place read more

Friendly and professional nail services. Clean, quick and careful technicians. Only complaint is them talking with each other in their own language. read more

My nail lady wouldn't let me pick out my color before she started doing my nails. I thought that was weird, but then in the process if doing my nails she asks me if I have picked out a color? How could I have picked out a color when she wouldn't let me make a decision before she started working on my nails? She did a fine job but it wasn't a very friendly service. I was the only person in the salon and there were at least 5 employees sitting around, so I don't understand the rush. read more

So rude, she yanked on my hand repeatedly was clearly mad she had to do my nails and when I asked for a SIMPLE design I was told no because she didn't know how. She didn't even file the top of my nails down -I got a fill. Was talking on her phone the whole time-through headphones & the only reason I even went there is because every other salon was full. They charged me 35$ for a fill. Absolutely insane for how much of a crap job she did. It really sucked because when I've went before it was fine but she was SO rude and acted as if she had better things to do and repeatedly hanked on my hand while telling me to relax.. lady how. read more

Top Nails - Almost every nail is like this- not painted all the way - Nail Salons Near Me - Marshalltown, Iowa

Always good service here. They do my nails and if there is a problem they fix and refund my money. The manager owner is super friendly. I have taken many friends here and would recommend them. I have gotten acrylic to nail paint and pedicure. I have had them do my daughters nails as well and they have always been so good to her. Language barrier is somewhat an issue but they show you the prices and are super sweet about it. read more

I tried to be supportive of local businesses. But they don't clean your nails, no massage on your hands, and my dip had bubbles and lines. Then my pedicure was so fast; even the spa treatment and the Polish were not even on my full nails. One week later, my nails are chipping. read more

I made a day of appointment and they were very accommodating. Sweet staff, lovely job for my mani and pedi. I love knowing there is a place in Marshalltown that is high quality! read more

Not the best set I have gotten. Some are too thick, and not even the right colors I asked if he had. I felt rushed to choose them. The green is the right shade, but the red he helped me choose wasn't dark like I asked, and the glitter is just gross. I wanted a chunky glitter. He almost broke my pinky nail off when filing. The design isn't even that great. The lines are really uneven, and the glitter is almost clear. He cut my thumb a little when drilling, left my skin all crusty looking, got acrylic on my skin, and got nail polish on me. He even left hair all in my nails and just tried to cover it up. If I ever go again, I hope I'll get someone else. read more

HORRIBLEEE I went in to get my eyebrows done for $10.70 and I came out with uneven eyebrows that didn't get trimmed or properly waxed. I think they just hire anyone to do eyebrows!! read more

1. The lady was very rude. She would stop and talk to another employee and just leave me sitting there, she apparently kept getting text messages or emails and she would stop and read them and reply, and every time another employee had to ring someone up she would stop and talk like it was her customer. Like lady, I'm literally sitting right I front of you. I'm your customer. 2. My thumbs hurt. I think she got my nail too thin when she was making it rough with the drill thing she had. 3. She was way too rough. It felt like my nails were going to fall off. I don't know, maybe everyone else does a fine job besides her. read more

Excellent pedicure. Very thorough and paid attention to detail. I had to leave early and cut some of my services out, but they took it in stride and finished my toes off beautifully. read more

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed as I've had them done many times before. This time they were so rude and told me to come back in 45 minutes. So I left and returned 45 minutes later and they acted as though I was inconveniencing them. The guy told me to take a seat and I waited another 10 minutes. This guy comes over and pulls out the used wooden stick that was in the wax pushed my head back to apply. Did not ask me how I wanted my eyebrows either. It took him less than two minutes to do both brows. Then he grabs a mirror and quickly puts it in front of my face for seriously 3 seconds before pulling it back and putting it away. He says all done and starts walking to the register. Another employee was taking payment from another customer with the credit card machine. This guy saw I pulled out my card and he said "$10.70, do you have cash instead of card?" I said "No, I don't carry cash." He sighed loudly before grabbing my credit card. I signed the receipt and no I did not tip as I didn't feel he deserved one. He looked at the receipt when I handed it back to him and gave me the most dirtiest look. I got out into my car and looked into my mirror to see my brows were uneven and he missed a few small hairs. I'll never return for any service they offer again. read more

This is a good salon. They use clean practices and are friendly and courteous. Are they perfect...no, but they try hard. Calling ahead for an appointment helps. You may have a short wait when calling ahead, however, if you don't call ahead, you may have a long wait. read more
