Got my nails done 6 days ago. I got
Gel and Acrylic. My experience wasn't the best. First thing I notice was that person was going to use an used/old equipment on my nails. When I askend them to change it the person got annoyed and they insisted that it was new. I had to tell them I was a nail tech for them to finally change a drill bit. During the whole time they told me that I should do my own nail and why did I come to them, the person added that I could of gone some where else. When the person was almost finished with shaping my nails I noticed that one of my thumbs were longer than the other. I asked them to fix it and they told me again, "thats why you should do it yourself." Later I asked them for their opinion on the gel and I was then told, "I don't know, shouldn't YOU know what colors match since your nail tech." The person that was originally doing my nail actually left to the back and some other person was the one that finished them. Finally, at the end I was going to pay for what they originally told me which was $35 but because of their excuse that I didn't ask for long nails I was then charged $45...
...Less then 3 hours passed and my thumb nail that he over filed broke in half. I send them a picture right away and called in the morning. When I finally got to talk to them I was told that it was my fault. When they finally agreed to fix it, they were going to charge me $5 extra for his mistake. They rushed through to it and left it more curved then it should of been...
...6 days later my gel is cracking because they didn't apply the gel right. If you go to them make sure their equipment well sanitized. read more
