I went in with high hopes and came out where I repainted them all by myself in the store, I had polish all over my toes and the didn't cut my nails or anything, just made them rough and uneven with that filing machine. So bad. Giving myself one when I get home. I also got nails and they are WAY longer than I told them to go as short as they can go and they only cut off a little bit. the design is super cute but way too long! 0/5 stars and will never be going back. would not recommend! read more

After reading the reviews I was extremely hesitant in going to Top Nails, but living in Sandia not a great deal of options. Well let me tell you I was pleasantly surprise, the salon was clean and run by a husband and wife team. Was in Alice for weekend business meetings. I stopped here to get a pedicure. Awful customer service. The person who did my pedicure was so rude and very unfriendly. The people who run the place had their little kid running all over he place putting his hand in the water. Do not ever come to this place. May as well do it yourselves. read more

He took 1 of them off with PLAYERS B*** ok u do not do that and once I told him that he was doing it wrong he did it even harder NO so I want to leave and he sead pay now so how much is it $87 nope I left and he got in front of the door and locked the door and I politely sead "please move or I am going to call the police and he got the key and unlocked the door and that is why I do not come here any more so save your money read more

Don't waste your money here. They cut me while sanding after a fill in. Didn't clean away excess polish before using LED lamp to dry shellac. Not coming back. Nails around cuticles is very sore. read more

Went in to get a full set and they were very rude and didn't have a lot of workers but kept accepting people come in, literally got skipped multiple times and then when asked for a towel so I could leave they completely ignored me. Walked out, disappointed is an understatement. Would never suggest even walking in there. read more

Wow! This place is the worst nail salon I have ever been too!!! I went in for a pedicure and fill. I had to wait 25 minutes in cold water before someone even started my pedicure. Eight people waiting to get helped and only two people working. And as people kept coming in, they never asked anyone to come back later. After my pedicure I was told to walk barefoot to the station to get my nails done! The floor was so nasty. Then help arrives and with him brings a little boy about the age of two. Now there is a small child running around, grabbing nail files, dropping them, sticking them in his mouth. Only to be told no and then the nail file went right back where it came from! No sanitizing it or anything!!!! Then I'm watching this child tug on his Mom as she's trying to paint someone's nails. And after all of that, and $75 later, they are the worst looking nails I have ever had done!!! I will not only not return to this salon, but I will be contacting the health department! They received one star because zero stars wasn't an option! read more

Terrible. I wish I could give zero stars. I came in to get my nails filled, and the result was uneven, two different colors, and she filed my finger to death that it bled. I had previously gotten the gel powder and was expecting the same procedure, however the girl only put a new layer of a different color just at my nailbed that didn't even match. The woman who seemed to be the owner/manager came over and started filing my nails down aggressively and almost hit me in the face with her nail file. The place was disgusting, very messy and definitely unsanitary. I can't believe places like this pass inspections, and I really hope I don't get something from my open wound. I travel a lot for work and come in this area often, so I will definitely bring my business elsewhere. I left their place with my nails a mess, not even wanting them to fix it, I just wanted to get out of there. They have competitors right next-door, I suggest you go there instead. read more
