Set an appointment for 9:30 am didn't get a tech until 9:45 am. Requested a full set and the tech was just trying to give me mani. So I corrected her. Then as she starts she sees another tech having an issue with another customer's polish color choice and proceeded to get up and leave me sitting there waiting for 15 minutes while she helps someone else. When she finally returned she starts rushing to finish because she has another client waiting. No cuticle care, flat nails and a horrendous experience. Will not be returning. They are definitely overpriced for the lack of customer service. read more

Had toenails done for Christmas holidays at Peters nail. I always go to them being I love how my toenails come out even when I've had little incidents happened like bleeding and being rough sometimes on my toes but this last time when I removed my polish at home I noticed how my toes were especially my big toes. They are bad with fungus and now I have to see a foot specialist to help get my toenails healthy again. Never again will I go back. read more

Unsanitary, my daughter and I went for pedis, they didn't open any new tools or files, my daughter got a fungal infection two weeks later... we usually go to MTV nails in cc, but for some reason we decided to go there that day, and not drive to corpus, bad choice! We will continue to go to MTV nails and make the trip to corpus. read more

There are not many places in this small town to get a bikini wax. I have been here before for my nails, shellac. They did a great job but then they started to peel within 2 weeks.( usually my shellac last the minimum of 6 weeks) That made me sad. I came in today for a bikini wax. Unfortunately, they seem to have just 1 worker that can do a bikini wax. She was doing a pedicure so I was told to wait.... after waiting 8 minutes already. So I asked how long, they stated for about 15 more minutes. I did not have 15 .minutes to wait then another 30ish minutes for the wax so I said I need to leave. Hopefully when I return there can be someone available to assist me. read more

Came in to get SNS and a pedicure. They did backwards. Nails first which now requires the dremel because not time to soak off. Got nails done and bled once. Walked to pedicure chairs realizing that there was SNS material setup under nails and on skin. Pedicure was great! read more

The pedicures are great, but when I went in to get long coffin style nails, I ended up leaving with short curved down looking nails. Not to mention all of my nails on my right hand were shorter than the ones on my left. read more

Incredibly unsanitary! It even smells terrible in here! Gross! Don't come here unless you want an infection, and quite possibly an amputation! If you get a manicure, you'll get the illusion of being on the beach, because the piles and piles of previous customer's nail shavings rub against your skin like mountains of sand. The customer service is also unbelievably awful. It's unfortunate that in the hour I waited, I didn't smell the unforgivable odor looming around the central counters. Not only that, but you sign in for no reason. They'll just choose whoever they think is next, and it's too loud to call out and tell them otherwise. My nails were grinded painfully thin - my nails hurt for DAYS! I didn't even have nail polish, or anything on my nails at all, prior to that. There was no reason to shave them that insanely thin, when all I was getting was a manicure (no gel, nor false nails). The technician ignored me when I said "ouch, that really hurt" when he cut into my skin. He just wiped the blood away, and continued on without a blink of regard. Don't even get me started on the tools. I saw him use the tools on 3 people before me, and he didn't sanitize them, nor bring out a new one. read more

Th salon was dirty. The water used on my feet was cold. The nail technician did not show appropriate attention to me and kept wandering off. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I don't even know where to begin. I went in for a full set of acrylics and just for them to paint my toes, no pedi. first they sit me to paint my toes and I notice they reuse all the same files and buffing blocks on everyone. I asked if they could use a new file and she went on and said it was brand new but I could see the white marks from someone else's nails especially since it was a black file. she paints my nails and that fine. then I go sit to get my nails done and I showed the lady a picture of nails I wanted that only had flowers, super simple flowers at that and she says "no we don't do that stuff here". i've never gone to a nail place that can't do flowers but I got over it. she continues doing my nails (I asked for coffin shaped) and I had to make her take off and refile 2 because the sides were cut WAY uneven. while my mom and I are sitting getting out nails done a man that works there begins yelling at a little boy (I guess his son) in a closet right behind us. after a little while the man is outside the closet door taking off his belt and he goes in, slams the door and starts spanking him. I understand you need to discipline your child and i'm not against spanking but it was very unprofessional to do it where all your customers could hear everything. the boy comes out sobbing and the man comes out yelling then they just leave. this place is just unsanitary and provides horrible customer service. read more
