Threatening to arrest me when he only has the authority to apprehend. Threatening to trespass me in a publicly accessable area. Attempting to intimidate by pretending to call 000 for a non emergency. Failed to even introduce himself when he approached me. Even his oo worker was surprised by Dylan's aggressive approach which includes profanity and false accusations of being drunk. Spoke with Charlie the business owner and will now also speak to the body corporate(s) who contract their security needs with Crownland. I have recorded footage of Dylan's harassing and and pestering which will be emailed to the body corporate. Dylan, you let your ego get in the way, you have absolutely no legal authority to claim arrest when all you can do is detain. Stay tuned as more will come from this. Harassing residents of the neighborhood is completely erroneous which has jeopardized your employment and the contract the business has with West end apartments. You will be held accountable for such repulsive interaction.

The technician (thank you Reece) arrived at the agreed time and was great. The problem was diagnosed very quickly, but with some complications given it was originally an American system. This is where the tech guy went above and beyond to help and for that I am very appreciative. I would highly recommend them because of their professionalism, timeliness and going that extra mile to support a customer. Update (05/06/2019) Rhys attended again at very short notice and was spectacular in his customer service. I can't recommend him more highly. Rhys enhanced the system and explained it to us in normal terms to the point where we can take full advantage of our security system. I also want to thank the support people at Eclipse who have been fantastic and everything can be done on time and with a high level of professionalism. Highly recommended for all aspects of security and customer service!

The security system I purchased cost more than other systems, I thought pay more and you will get…read morethe best. First mistake! Deal with a local company and you will get back up service. Second mistake! I have had plenty of promises about updates and fixes that are coming, but to date I still have a system that does not do what was quoted by this business. This system does not work correctly and has faults that fail to protect my home as quoted. Fixing, replacing or a refund have been ignored, hope that I would just go away. My opinion is, poor customer service and a product that should be with drawn. Phil

In 2015 the business was sold upon the retirement of the principals, and was eventually subsumed by Securitas, an international player in the security market. Some of the Blueprint technicians still work at Securitas, so that old Blueprint customers can still be assured of continuity of service.
