Since we no longer live in Toronto, I am unable to have them recleaned by the company. The smaller rug was as dirty as it was before cleaning. This carpet had been in a bedroom that was not used often, so the dirt was just from slippers. The larger rug now has an orange-line stain (see picture). I'm surprised by all of the excellent reviews since both of my rugs were not cleaned properly. The rugs were picked up, cleaned, and returned in under two weeks and the delivery men were pleasant and efficient.

This year a quick reminder phone call to book a time was all we needed. Pierre arrives on time and takes great care in preparing the areas in which he would work. He is thorough in explaining the process and patient in answering my questions. A really nice guy who really knows his HVAC. When finished he takes the same care in restoring the work areas. Vik and his team were great. After an initial FaceTime consult, his team came out and were able to change the dryer duct to the side vent, which the allowed us to push the washer and dryer all the way back in the closet. They were knowledgeable and polite, and addressed all my questions and concerns. The dryer has worked perfectly ever since. The only surprise was an additional $160 fee for tight spaces (which wasn't included in the original quote). So heads up if this applies to you.
