I've booked 2 executive rooms (including breakfast, dinner and wellness). Breakfast is ok 7/10 Dinner is not even worth a 5/10. Don't book half board here, because the only thing that they can serve is white rice with some meat every single day. There is no variety of choices. Also there is no decent option for drinks. You have the choice of drinking water, waterish lemonade or waterish apple. Both of the drinks are mixed with water. Which makes it taste awful! There is a kfc like 700m from the hotel.. Wellness is 8/10. It's clean, but for a 4-star hotel, they should have a bigger pool, because it's always crowded in the evening.. read more

STAFF STILLS!!! Hi. I'm tour guide and I was with group of kids in Praha last week. We've spent 5 days in Top Hotel. Last day during breakfast went into our rooms and looked into our bags... and STILL all money from there. The rooms are opening by magnetic cards so it had to been someone who had an extra card to our rooms - someone from staff. The hotel hadn't done anything to find out who had been in our rooms... they just said: "it's a big hotel... it happens sometimes" DON'T STAY THERE!!! Natalia (PL) read more

This hotel is anything but top! Unhelpful front desk clerks, restuarants that only serve 20% of what's on their menu or despite being advertised to be open til 10pm close at 8pm that is if they open at all. The rooms are great if you are after something that looks like it has been left over from the Cold War, all run down. You have to catch a bus if you wish to eat out as it is a long way out from main centre Prague. We should have stayed at our previous accommodation the Grandior Hotel!!!! The Top Hotel is the pits. read more
