We were also having some issues with the interior of the trailer and didn't realize that our warranty had expired. Josh, the owner, worked with us and was more than fair with the price he gave me with the trade-in! We were allowed to look at all the trailers that they had on the lot without any kind of pressure from a salesperson. We found the perfect trailer that we were looking for! It was late in the day on a Friday, we live 5 hours away from the dealership, so we decided to stay overnight . Josh approved for his guys to come in for overtime on Saturday to get the trailer ready for us. By the next morning the paperwork was ready and they had the trailer in the shop cleaning it and making sure it was ready to go. While we waited they put some nice mudflaps on my truck! From the owner, to the salespeople, ladies in the office, and the mechanics in the shop, we were treated fairly and professionally. We are very happy with our new trailer ! If and when we decide we want another trailer, or we win the lottery, we will go back and do business with them again. Worth the drive!

Less than two months later we got into a roll over accident due to the trailer brakes failing. The job was overpriced to begin with, but I agreed to the price anyway due to convenience and the price kept going up every phone call I got while my trailer was with them. They already had the trailer so it cost my business less to have it done while there than to pick it up and take it elsewhere. During the accident my wife was 8.5 months pregnant and was forced into early pre-eclampsia labor due to the increased blood pressure from the accident. We did have another trailer repair company come out to diagnose the trailer which revealed that three out of four brakes when fully engaged were able to rotate just by a light kick to the tires. When I notified them that our lawyers and auto insurance would be in touch and I believe Mitch is the name of the gentleman that called me back, he was only worried about the name of the trailer repair company that was coming out to do the diagnostics and had no questions about our well being. My wife and I are both still going through multiple types of medical care facilities and haven't been contacted with any regard to our well being by anyone other than Parker trailers liability insurance company.
