Their passion is infectious and it shows in the community they have built within the gym between coaches, athletes and families. My daughter started as a quiet, shy 7 year old and has grown into a strong, confident, determined athlete due to the the one on one connection and approachable coaching style of the coaches at Infinity. She bilked money from families who simply wanted their daughters to learn the amazing sport of cheerleading and has now seemingly ran away and won't respond to any of our txts and messages. Here is my and many others story: My girl signed up to do the Brookside Jr Cardinals Cheer program with Trutek Dance Co. within the first week of flyers going out(First Week of April). We then were not informed of any practices, fundraisers, or possible uniform cost til May 31st. Come to find out other girls in the program had already started practice weeks prior. The director then seemingly would cancel classes without informing parents and was teaching my girl basic dances, not the chants and cheers need for sideline cheerleading. She moved location with no notification to the parents. She then abruptly asked for uniform money with just one practices notice , mind you with no fitting for the girls, in the last week of July. We stupidly gave the money for uniforms and have still never received either, my girls personal uniform or a refund for it. She has now held the Pom-poms that the Brookside Jr Cardinals program lent her to use for the season hostage. We then went calmly to her new studio on August 19th to request either the money or physical uniforms. She told us that she hadn't purchased them yet. We were then asked to leave her studio while she was in the meeting. Once we left we, the parents, called the police to mediate the situation. She either lied to us or the police because she told the police she was simply waiting on the uniforms to arrive. Why would we, the parents, call the police if we had been threatening her as she so claims. We simply want her to do the right thing and provide us with the physical uniforms or the money we paid for them. I also found out that she canceled a memorial/ celebration of life put on to help out a family a wonderful woman with less than two days notice. She still hasn't refunded the mourning family their money either. So in conclusion I would not recommend a company that has stolen from children and a non-profit organization(Brookside Jr Cardinals Cheerleading). Oh, and a mourning family. Shame on you!!

At this change, I was promised I would receive a phone call…read moreto make sure the site was fixed, as they experienced technical issues- to which I am extremely understanding. I even advocated for this gym to other parents letting them know that SURELY their kids privates would not be jeopardized. I WAS WRONG!! For over a year I have had my daughter at the same day and time, however they decided to make it a free for all, EVEN THOUGH there's an option to make a recurring option, it actually does not. So, after paying over $2k in the last year, and my daughter being dedicated to her one day a week time, I am now having to check the site and choosing random days and times to make sure my daughter doesn't lose her skills. After this went live, Karen promised to make it right, but then did NOT. She actually said "I think it'll work itself out" and did NOT take care of my issue. Instead, she said "well I guess I could call the parent and ask if you can have your time back"..... what a real manager and leader would do is say, "You're right, I did promise that and I will make the phone call and let the parent know those times are actually unavailable." If my daughter did not absolutely LOVE her coach, I would go elsewhere. Poor management like this leads me to believe it is not all about progression and dedication to the gym. I'm extremely shocked and disappointed at the response, or lack there of, of this issue. Privates are important to athletes, as this is something they look forward to weekly... or whenever you can snag one on the site.

It's just lazy not to offer any daytime classes. It makes me wonder if their business is sustainable. However, the main point of this review is their lack of mask policy. They admit that their parent viewing room gets crowded, yet they don't require masks. And apparently, being two doors down from the health department makes them experts! It's important that gyms such as these, which encourage large, social gatherings of strangers, continue to respect all parties involved. Lacking an effective masking and social distancing policy is disrespectful to those who may wish to continue to use caution during social events. While children are at low risk of complications from COVID, since the gym requires no medical information, they cannot know the health of all of the people who might come into their gym. Other gyms encourage masks, and work to help prevent congested areas, in accordance with national and international recommendations from the medical community. Since NEO Allstarshas decided that they know better than the medical community at large, it seems wise to avoid them. A business that would neglect such basic standards, surely can't provide a safe athletic environment.

Such a fantastic place!…read more My niece had her gymnastic spectacular tonight. All of the kids were great! The staff was incredible and the parents were your typical proud parents. Lol! The gym was spacious and very well lite. It was a bit warm. But, there were about 200 people in there. The staff offered treats and a 50\50 raffle. It was great to be able to see and hear about some of the more advanced students. A few suggestions. Air conditioning, maybe a better way to "check" in? Or instead of having people form a line, a ticket booth? It was so packed in the little front lobby. It was hard to breath. The pictures, shirts, roses and sweets may have been better placed some place other then the small front lobby. Its an awesome place to learn gymnastics. They offer many different things. Including mommy and me all the way up to adult. The staff was fantastic with my hyper 5 year old niece.
