We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! They kept in constant communication with us and collaborated with us on our plans, budget, and overall aesthetic choices so that our home truly felt like our home when it was finished--and, I am SO happy to say that it does!! On an additional side note, I will say that not only did we enjoy working with all of them. He promptly responded to my call, came out to look at our project, and gave me a fair bid for it. When I accepted the proposal, he told me when to expect him, the time he would arrive, and the duration of time it would take him to complete the job. He did not disappoint. He showed up on time with supplies on hand to get the job done. Part of the process required painting, and he is very keen to pay attention to details. They offered a flat rate for the drywall which I consider more than fair, as I live in an older house that has extra thick drywall to where you would have to shim it or double layer it for it to match the rest of the drywall so I knew no matter what it would be more expensive to fix than a standard thickness drywall.
