This office is highly unprofessional. The front desk person, no scrubs, no gloves, no mask, NO CREDENTIALS, sneaks in to say that my teeth are in such bad condition that I'd need to pay out of pocket over $100 that second (while i'm in the chair with the bib on) for some service that I hadn't heard the dentist mention at all. When she saw that I was confused, she got rude with me and seemed upset that I wasn't wanting that service done. All I need was my basic 6 month clean that is covered under my insurance. I saw a much better professional a few weeks later and they were as confused as I was when I told them what this place told me I needed. They laughed and said that my teeth were in no need of a service that extensive. This place is clearly a SCAM! Second of all, I told them I would not be returning and they WILL NOT stop harassing me. Going as far as sending me poorly written text messages at 7:00pm. Please save yourself time and money, and go somewhere nicer and honest.
