I was a little anxious as my husband had this same procedure at our local dentist office and he still had pain, after I expressed my concern to Dr. Burbick, she asked me to call my husband inside and they did X-rays and found that his root canal had not quite been completed. The front desk person, no scrubs, no gloves, no mask, NO CREDENTIALS, sneaks in to say that my teeth are in such bad condition that I'd need to pay out of pocket over $100 that second (while i'm in the chair with the bib on) for some service that I hadn't heard the dentist mention at all. When she saw that I was confused, she got rude with me and seemed upset that I wasn't wanting that service done. All I need was my basic 6 month clean that is covered under my insurance.
