On my ninth visit a young man working there brought in both my air filter and my cabin air filter and asked me if I wanted them changed. I told him I had just changed them not long ago and asked him what he thought. He said, "Well, they're dirty!" They didn't look that dirty to me, but I told him to change them assuming he knew more about it than I did being a woman who knew nothing about vehicles except how to pump gas. While he was changing them, I googled how often I should change both filters and it said 12,000 to 15,000 if you drive on dirt roads a lot or once a year if you don't. I don't and the car is rarely driven as I have a company car I drive to and from work. It was an extra $57 plus tax I paid for something I didn't need. My husband was furious that they took advantage of a woman. When I told the young man running the cash register that I shouldn't have done it because I looked it up and I didn't need them and if I remember right they were pretty pricey. He had no response except that my oil change today was $123.69. I handed him my Preferred Customer Card" and he gave it two punches instead of one and said I'll get $34.95 off my next visit. There won't be a next visit from my daughter, myself, or my husband and anyone else that asks me about there service.

I changed the flat tire in 10 degree weather with my spare only to realize that the spare tire was also flat. Luckily Best One was at a very convenient location not too far from the airport as I used google maps to find the nearest reputable tire service shop and I took my vehicle there. I did not expect to receive such a remarkable experience at BestOne as a new customer. From the get-go they took the time to change both spare and regular tire and they took the initiative to drive to the warehouse to pick up a Firestone tire that was for my vehicle. Erin & Kary made my experience just remarkable. Erin took the time necessary to be courteous, efficient and thorough in helping me find the best deal for tires. While I waited for my vehicle to get serviced, Erin & Kary made me feel at home with their exemplary communication, customer service skills and sense of humor. I wasn't expecting to bond so quickly as they made me feel like home. Like Vin Diesel says in the Fast & Furious movies, they made me feel like FAMILY. Haha. To Darvin and whichever manager is reading this, please consider giving both Erin & Kary recognition for their superior customer service skills, even a RAISE! I was a former new customer but I will now be a forever customer with BestOne service at Liberal, KS whenever I'm in town. Highly recommend!!!
