Aircon wasn't great so I assumed it needed recharging but was unsure if there was a fault. My options were pay £120 to recharge or nearly £200 for fault diagnostic. So either diagnose first and it costs me £320 for a recharge or take a gamble on that being the issue. Felt unfair but here's the best bit. It failed the MOT on break pads, nothing else. I get a request through to approve repairs.....FOR £1119 ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE!!!! They absolutely tried to rob me, no question. When I queried it they said the price included discs but it hadn't failed on discs. I took it into a local mechanic who confirmed there was nothing wrong with the discs and changed the pads for £250. There's a little bit extra and then there's trying to con someone out of nearly £1000. They also recommended a further £1400 worth of work, all of which was completely unnecessary. If I was someone elderly or who didn't know better they'd have charged me £3000 to service and MOT a 3 year old car. This kind of thing should be made illegal. I'd have brought my next car from them but won't now so they've lost out on thousands as a result. Don't fall for these con artists!

They told me I had to make an appointment to have a single screw fitted to the bumper. Their prices are stupidly high and you can always find cheaper. Once they'd got my money their staff were extremely unhelpful and downright rude. I would never, ever use these people again even if it meant I would have to walk!
