Dr. Grossman used to be my favorite doctor, but he has become my worst doctor because of the…read moreconsequences I have experienced with my health. He broke my copper IUD while removing it. I feel that it wasn't an accident because I could feel that he removed it too quickly and forcefully, which caused part of the IUD to break. After that, he scheduled surgery to remove the broken piece in the Los Robles Hospital. He did an ultrasound to locate it before the surgery, but he failed to remove it and couldn't find the piece during the surgery. Although I believe this happened because of his fault, I still received expensive bills from both his office and the hospital. He should be responsible for those costs. It has been a horrible experience. It has been since 2023, and I still don't know where the broken piece is in my body or whether it is still in my uterus or has moved elsewhere. After the incident, I developed persistent rashes and itching. I initially thought it was just allergies, but I have seen multiple allergy doctors and had many tests, examinations, and blood work, and no doctor has been able to determine what is causing my symptoms. I recently saw another OB-GYN and told him that Dr. Grossman broke my copper IUD during removal. My new OB-GYN suggested that my rash and itching could possibly be related to the retained IUD piece, as it could be considered a foreign object, especially if it contains copper that my body could react to. I don't know what to do at this point, but Dr. Grossman's actions have caused me so much stress, expense, and ongoing health concerns. I am considering filing a complaint or taking legal action if my health issues cannot be resolved.

Steer Clear. Office management is incompetent and this will put your life in danger…read more This office is disgusting to deal with. And literally put my life in danger. Test was done July 2024, I was given the shocking results on June 19, 2025. When I asked to speak to either the doctor or my NP, I received a call from the office manager. Her flippant responses, such as you were left a message September 2024. As if one message which I never received, was adequate when the results were so serious. She was nothing but combative and defensive about the issues. I was very happy with the NP I was seeing but the staff is arrogant and this puts YOUR life in danger. Apparently the doctor nor the NP have the time to return calls to their own patients and allow this to happen. Very upsetting to have to deal with this when their lack or competence puts my life in danger, and they take an attitude. Nasty people. They have lost a patient, and left me not only with a serious health condition but also very upset.

I said great, let's keep the 7 month appt to see the doctor then go to the PA in a couple months to establish care so I'm not without a doc. Guess what, you can't have two appts. My prescription expires in April, so then I was told that would be the earliest they can schedule meI told her my fears about not having any doctor during the Jan-April window an politely asked to come in sooner. After telling me eariler I could get in to see the PA as soon as next month, she said no, insurance won't cover it. I said that's ok, I don't mind paying out of pocket. She then basically refused to schedule me sooner. Told me to go see my primary care doctor if I have any issues before then. So now I can't even establish care for my own peace of mind and continuity in care? I guess they are just too busy to be bothered. What a shame. I've actually heard good things with this doctor's name coming up among friends. I was looking forward to visiting their office and becoming a patient until I had this very uncaring and rude interaction. I literally told the person on the phone "wow, I'm not really getting a warm and fuzzy feeling so far"... her response was, "Well then have a good day" and hung up on me. Oof. The state of the world right now.

Here's a little…read morestory about my journey to finding and staying with Dr. Williams: 6 weeks pregnant with our first, we search online for doctors using key words like "natural", "gentle" and understanding". He pulled up as one of the first and after reading the reviews, we knew we found our OB. I must be honest, a part of me tends to pick professionals apart to see where their weakness are. I don't know why I do this, I think because I'm a power-tripper. Every time I thought I'd found a weakness, I quickly realized it was quite the opposite. For example, sometimes I would wait 30 minutes for an appt. I thought maybe it was because they're unorganized, but really it's because that office will do whatever they can to accommodate you when you need them and for that... I'm willing to wait 30 minutes every now and then. (He's generally really on-time) I've called OBs previously to get in when I needed someone and they've given me their first appt A MONTH + later!!!! He was 100% respectful of my desires to deliver naturally and supplying me with all of the information and support I needed for that experience. Well, I didn't make it naturally and Dr. Williams was right there to make me feel confident I tried my hardest and made the right decision for myself. He was on call nearly every moment I needed him, pre, mid and post-birth. Fast forward to now... when I knew he was my #1 OB and I had zero interest in ever going anywhere, I still occasionally felt the need to find weakness. Like when he'd offer more appts than my insurance would cover (money hungry?)... NO. Never with him. Because he's willing to do whatever it takes for me to feel comfortable after my miscarriage to know this current pregnancy is going well. He has pulled through on so many occasions that I have let my guard down completely, and damn does that feel good. He's never once failed me, he is 110% the most gentle, considerate, accommodating and supportive doctor I could ever dream of. When going through pregnancies and a miscarriage and ALL the lovely things that come along with it, you'd be lucky to have this man and his staff on your team. It's easy to find fault in the daily operations of any business bc no one is perfect all the time. This man and his staff are as close as you will ever get. And them not accepting certain insurances is no reason to ding points. They're professionals for a living, not for charity, and we will never fully understand why certain offices do or do not accept certain insurances unless we are within that network professionally.

I don't normally post Yelp reviews but admittedly use them. This is a long overdue Yelp review!…read more Just for background, I am an ER RN and I have worked with many of the OB/GYN doctors locally. I have also personally been dissatisfied with many of the local OB/GYN doctors and am highly skeptic of their Yelp reviews. As they say, ask a nurse for a doctor referral. Here is my deeply honest opinion. Dr. Troy Williams is one of the BEST doctors I have come across as a doctor/nurse relationship. I changed and skipped around before finding Dr. Williams as I was dissatisfied with care from others. He is the most compassionate, kind, sincere doctor I have on my health team. If you would like a female, he employs a great Nurse Practitioner too. I can assure you, he spends time, makes your health a priority, and spends the time to answer all your questions (no matter how long it takes). You will be so happy when you contact his exceptional staff, NP and Dr. Troy Williams. You are treated like I wish all doctors would treat patients. Take it from a nurse!

My experience with Dr. Ranoo Sabnis was - and has been - a traumatic wound that will never heal…read morebecause SHE LIED literally to my face and in an operative report. Following a life-saving ectopic surgery, Dr. Sabnis told me that although the surgery had gone well, she had no choice but to remove my right fallopian tube based on the level of damage. She comforted me by saying she hoped to see me back soon with a baby in hand. A year had passed and we were still trying. I returned to Dr. Ferro and demanded to have the testing for IVF, despite her believing that I had gone through something traumatic and that was probably why it was taking longer this time to conceive. Every month felt like a miscarriage when I would get my period. Although the operative report prepared by Dr. Sabnis stated clearly that I had a "left fallopian tube and normal appearing uterus," this was not the case. I was born with a rare birth defect where I am missing my left fallopian tube and the left side of my uterus. My birth defect is called a unicornate uterus and is detectable during surgery or an HSG. How could Dr. Sabnis write that I have a left fallopian tube and normal appearing uterus when this does not even exist?! She did not take any laproscopic images during the surgery, so all my doctors and I had to rely on was this false narrative she wrote. This brought into question if she was too tired and/or lazy to even properly look at my right tube before removing it. Maybe it did not even need to be removed. I shudder to think she is performing surgeries and the type of egregious mistakes she is making. BEWARE! Although I would have most likely had to have gone through IVF following an ectopic pregnancy and my anatomical condition, knowing this could have started my IVF journey earlier. For anyone that has not gone through IVF, your egg quality diminishes with each passing DAY. I had TWO YEARS pass by at this point as I was inching toward age 40 because I was under the impression I had a functioning left fallopian tube. Dr. Sabnis will forever be remembered as the doctor who not only failed me in a moment when I trusted her with my life, but whose negligence altered the course of my future and my ability to grow the family I so deeply wanted.
