On my way from Florida to Tennessee I made a pit stop at this Marathon JP gas station. I had been…read moredriving a few hour and thought I'd just get gas and run to the ladies room.. in and out I thought. Well, I was wrong. I have never seen a convenience store with so much to see, buy and do. I was here a good 30 minute beyond what I thought I would be (I could use the break anyway). This really is a one stop shop. The bathrooms have a ton of stalls which are super clean and there's a tv and sitting area in there. I mean, if you really need a break :) You can stop over into Burger King as well as Dunkin Doughnuts or grab one of the many food items or snacks in the store. Grab a bottle of water or wine. All items from mainstream buys to local items. You can scroll through the store where you can find SO many items. Nicknaks, coolers, t-shirts, pictures, towels, soaps, the list can go on. There are a handful of pumps for gas and even a grassy area to walk your pets. This place just about anything you need for a quick ( or not so quick) stop along the way of your travels.

I went in with a 40% off any regular priced utem coupon that they gave me 3 weeks ago. I wanted a…read morewalker but they were sold out. I brought up a Peanuts Charlie Brown Christmas tree to the register. They rang it up, $24.99. The price on the box said $19.99. The price sticker was not placed with a label gun, it was printed at the factory $19.99. The price on the Google search showed CVS $19.99, the price at 2 other CVS showed $19.99. They insisted it was $24.99. I politely disappointed and stated that the price on the box should be the price, not the shelf tag. So they reluctantly relented and then tried to tell me that my 40% off coupon was not valid because they had to modify the price and the coupon was only good for "regular priced merchandise ". I politely stated my case once again. The price was not modified...the price was marked on the box and I should be allowed to use a CVS coupon. They reluctantly relented again and it took them a bit to figure out the 40% discount on a calculator. Then they rang up $11.99. The manager then angrily wrote on my receipt "NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS". I get home put this tree together and the music box doesn't work. I have not returned to the store to swap my tree due to the wording that was placed on my receipt. My wife and I spend many thousands of dollars in medical prescriptions here at this store plus we buy lots cosmetics and toiletries, make photo prints, etc. . I am in this store no less than once per week. I don't think I was treated fairly. CVS needs a lesson in customer service from Chickfila.

I previously wrote a review on this pharmacy about two weeks ago because they have had my…read moremedication backordered for a very long time. I contacted the pharmacy today, who stated that they will contact my doctor for an alternative. This is what they told me last time I spoke with them and then they lost my prescription and said the doctor never sent one in. This was after they sent me a text telling me that it was ordered. I have been without my medication for two weeks now, since it was originally ordered two weeks before I needed it. If a pharmacy can not do the job of getting medications to patients, which is the main role that they play, who can. CVS is the pharmacy that my insurance pays, so options are limited. Does anyone have ideas? I already contacted the corporate offices of CVS and they never replied.
