The staff were always quite pleasant and hooked me up several times on their amps to test guitar after guitar, never pressuring me for a sale. After I had selected one, I price-compared it online and was unable to find the same guitar for a cheaper price. They assured me that, had I found it cheaper, they would match the price. Each time I have returned, they ask me how I'm making out with my new guitar. I have asked them about other instruments, that they don't typically carry and they took the time to see if they could bring it in for me. I think that speaks to the attention and care they put in to servicing their customers

I saw a nrj luthier strat with a bad gap in the neck pocket they wanted 150 for it. It looked like a 5 year old put it together . So I go to the one in the north end. I talked to a girl there told her about it. She tells me that they have a luthier for that store. I repaired alot of guitars. He must be drunk all the time if he is letting that pass some of the guitars are badly dinged for the price they want for them. I might go to the store on north end but not to the base side one never. Hopefully I can get a deal no deal I don't buy.
