My friend and I stopped in for a lunch! First things everybody was super friendly! Ordering is easy either online or in person. It gets busy fairly quickly. Every road trip to Georgetown, SC I have to stop and get a sub with Tony's sauce. Although employees come and go the sandwich remains the same. Service was really good, I really like the fact that the cashier inform you of the wait time of the food being they are not open regularly. I am not exaggerating in the slightest when I say that the Onion Steak sub smothered in Tony's sauce has been my favorite sandwich of all time for over 20 years. I don't live Georgetown but multiple times I have driven from Charleston and Columbia just to order this piece of perfection of a sandwich and get a new bottle of sauce. Ordered take-out and picked up when it was supposed to be ready (30 min after order placed). Had to wait another 30 min in store to get only ONE of the pizzas we ordered which was just plain cheese! They gave away the other pizza! Offered to bake a new one if we waited another 20 min... not a chance! Don't bother with this place- pizza was on par with frozen pizza, so just save your money and go elsewhere. Only positive was that they refunded the pizza. read more

Haven't been here in about a year. We were in town and hubs wanted pizza. On Thursdays they have an alfredo pasta and we ask for alfredo on the pizza instead of the red sauce. Tonight we were told no. The young lady taking the order was less than nice about it. I ordered the super sub - turkey and roast beef. I asked to sub ham for the turkey. She read back to me no roast beef but ham. I said no. Ham instead of turkey. We ordered to go and ran a quick errand. Food was hot and ready but my sandwhich was wrong. It had ham and turkey. No roast beef like she initially read back to me. She admitted it was her fault and they remade it. 15 minutes later, I got a new sandwhich and noticed after we left that I was charged $1.50 for ham. If I had known I would be charged to add ham I would have left the turkey because theres not much meat on it anyway. We've decided to continue going to SPC. Their staff is friendlier with no attitude and the order is always right. read more

I always get the super sub large with a side of jalapenos. Their bread is super soft with a crunchy outside and it's the perfect role for a sandwich. They load it with meats and veggies and the Tony secret special sauce is absolutely delicious to pour on top of your sandwich and just devour in your mouth. We were able to get a large meat lovers pizza, large sub turkey sub and small turkey sub with 92 cents left to spare. The wait for 40 mins for our order, which I thought was kind of long. The food is always good here. Definitely has a family owned type feel to it. Friendly staff and a very clean and warm establishment. As other comments have mentioned. You WILL wait for your food here. So just expect that upfront. It's part of the experience here so no need to bash them for it. When I went in to pick it up i was instantly greeted warmly by a server cleaning up a table. The young woman behind the counter was friendly and attentive. First time, pizza took an hour to get to us.... two young boys and three teenagers.... not known for patience. The pizza was not bad, but cheddar cheese? I was expecting more the price we paid. My soda was just carbonated water.... second time was pretty good. Last time was today and it was awful. My husband ordered a cold sub... it came hot. We told the waitress whomever put in order was wrong, she got really defensive, apparently it is the manager that took the order down. I asked for my pizza to be well done... it wasn't. Second sub came out, it still wasn't right. Still missing tomatoes.... and the meat was over cooked and bland. What happened? Throughout the years, I have unfailingly experienced top notch customer service from Tony's. However, my expectations have changed. Recently, I made an online order in hopes to skip the usual 7 o'clock wait. My order would be ready at 7:10, or so they said. When I went to pick it up, I was told that it wouldn't be done for 15-20 min. Looking around, I noted that other people were waiting. Giving some lenience, I sat down to wait as well. After 20 min had passed, my order number remained uncalled. I asked if it was about done, but was told that my waiting time had been pushed back another 15-20 min. My order was ready at the end of the additional 20 min. Regardless, fairly an hour of my time had been wasted. Terrible!!! Went there to grab lunch on my daughters softball break. There was no one in the restaurant. The lady who took our order was not friendly at all but we ordered 1 large house/pepperoni pizza, 3 waters and a coke. 45 minutes later I observe our pizza setting in the window for 15 minutes while 2 waitresses deliver drinks to other people. Well, I'm sorry to say that this was and is no better than Pizza Hut, or Dominos etc. Which I will not go too either. The pepperoni was hard to find as each piece had only 2 pieces. Take this place for what it is... Best pizza in Georgetown and the surrounding area. It would probably get two stars if you compared it to New York or other big city pizza places but you cannot beat it around here. They have good sandwiches and subs. Some basic Italian dishes such as lasagna are also on the menu. You can get a beer with your meal here too. There is another location in Andrews but they don't offer as extensive of menu as the Georgetown location. read more
