I was very appreciative to say the least. Well more than 4 months later and countless texts, along with a specific payment plan, Eric has failed to follow through 100 percent. Every aspect of the service was impeccable. Allison helped me figure out what I wanted on my menu to make my guest feel welcome and appreciated. She helped me understand which dishes would go well together and remain in my budget, which is another thing most of my vendors didn't seem to comprehend. Allison also considered aesthetics and helped me come up with a menu that was aesthetically pleasing, which it was! The photographer took several photos of the food because it was just so pretty and fancy looking!!! I get hungry just looking at our wedding photos lol on the front end Allison was awesome in helping me think about things I didn't know to think about. She was friendly and a quick responder which is so helpful with you are trying to plan a wedding. Then, on the day of my wedding, it was as if the food magically and beautifully appeared. Allison and her team were almost invisible - super professional appearance and they didn't stand out at all (which was important to me) I trusted AE catering & events with a big part of the most important day of my life and they were awesome. I can't wait to have a reason to use them again!

SDR Personal Chef Catering has been nothing short of perfection. From the moment we first contacted…read moreChef Michael and Trish, they were responsive to any questions we had and even helped us with food choices to help make our wedding wonderful. We wanted to be able to have foods we both love and are a part of our culture and were able to have that. SDR Personal Chef Catering is different because they go beyond just picking option 1 or 2 to make sure your experience was specially crafted just for you. When deciding what foods to have for our reception buffet, we were given sample menus and discussed options that would compliment both our tastes. During the taste test we were in awe of how delicious the food was. It was great too that we didn't have to worry about set up/clean up as they prepare well in advance and ensure they have everything they need on site. Another special touch was that during our mocktail hour we were able to change out lemonade for a mango punch since we love mangos and not much of our guests drink lemonade. Chef Michael and Trish developed a recipe that everyone loved. I think the mango punch was drank the most out of every drink we had available. The presentation was perfect and every bit of the food was delicious. Our guests constantly informed us of how great the food was. SDR was also listed on the trusted vendors list our venue provided because of their renowned experience. All of the staff was kind and accommodating during our wedding and everything went so smoothly. Our other vendors loved the food as well. We could not be happier that we chose SDR Personal Chef Catering and promise that anyone who considers them for their catering needs will be glad they did.
