Not only did he fail to follow up on his promises, I had to go through extensive process with the city to FORCE him to follow those REQUIRED basic housing rules. Upon learning that the city is forcing him to make adjustments to the home, he threw a temper tantrum outside our home because he got caught. The dumbass went as far as asking the city inspector if he could board all the windows instead of having them opened, which would be easiest for him. Before he was forced, he tried to run away from his responsibilities by having random property managements take his place in managing the place. David Martz is a coward who cannot properly communicate and chooses to work behind your back. I had the pleasure of finding out that David Martz has a Property lawsuit case filed against him in the Santa Clara County Superior Courts in 2022. I wish I looked at this page earlier because it highlights what kind of scumbag this person is. David Martz is the worst kind of landlord possible, and I've learned to always research your landlord prior to renting.
