They have a washing and sanitizing station when you arrive, a questionnaire, temperature check, and a plexiglass partition for the receptionist. Both the Doctor and Hygienist wore masks. I found the office to be gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Fashioned after a Whistler lodge, it is woodsy, clean, and totally unique. I could have hung out there all day. Most importantly, the work that they did on my teeth was exceptional. A month later I had to have the tooth pulled. First one ever. I take good care of my teeth and spend close to $5000.00 trying to saving this one. When the new endo examined it, he told me that it had degraded so much he could see the gutta percha, (the filling material). Then everything made sense. I am extremely allergic to latex, which is what gutta percha is, rubber. When the first root canal was done she went through the root tip and then packed in the gutta percha which came in contact with my tissue. Pain and inflammation were the allergic reaction! I could have kept my tooth and a lot of time and money if the first one had been done correctly. My original review stands. Run don't walk away from these people.

After comparing the techniques utilized by the Dr. who corrected his botched root canal, this guy just needs to hang up his drill and retire. He didn't use a latex barrier around the tooth (this prevents bacteria-laden saliva from running down the hole and infecting the open canal) and generally wanted to just make chit-chat with you -while he was drilling! Dude, pay attention! I'm not here because we're friends, nor do I want to hear about your opinions of "people on the dole," you old-conservative twit! But I can recommend Dr Samantha Harris -she was incredibly thorough and professional.
