Eric immediately recognized the problem, knew the solution, and cut layers to add volume. I've been to many high-end salons and have always received the same, bland, conservative layers, but Eric's more dramatic layers have made a huge difference in my hair!
Atmosphere: Quite nice - though I didn't have a private room, I found the atmosphere to be very relaxing. It's not a salon with one big room and a bunch of chairs lining the walls; it's arranged into smaller rooms to give clients a more quiet experience.
Service: Excellent service! The woman who washed my hair was very courteous and helpful, even when I had a coughing fit and had to interrupt her mid-lather to find a glass of water. The other employees of the salon made sure I never had to ask for more water, and offered me magazines, coffee, and tea.
