I went to him for some chronic mid-back pain from my scoliosis and my frequent headaches. After assessment, he correctly indicated that my back pain was from tightness in my muscles. I work a desk job and am mostly sedentary. He based my treatment on stretching, ultrasound/laser therapy, massage, and at-home exercises. I was treated for about an hour twice a week until the pain went entirely away, and then we gradually made visits more infrequent. Now, I am at an at-need basis. I have seen other chiropractors in the past that prioritized rough adjustments that left me in more pain after treatment. Dr. Wu is definitely the gentlest and most effective. I remember about 4 weeks into being treated by Dr. Wu, my back pain entirely went away. I could not remember the last time I had zero back pain. My headaches also became much less frequent.
