I had the pleasure of working with Kathryn and she is simply amazing. During the process of us looking for new insurance for multiple vehicles I loss my grandmother and she was very understanding and checked in regularly. She also provided me a quote with homeowners insurance that we purchased as well. I truly appreciate your patience with us during this trying time in my life and being understanding. She always made sure to be available when I had question. Thank you! read more

Auto insurance came in this year at a crazy high rate... same for my in-laws... found them a policy at a great price ($200 something vs $800 something)... father in law stopped by to cancel and front desk receptionist told him thanks... "glad you stopped by, otherwise we'd just sue you "...same high rate for mine... called and had receptionist cancel mine as well via email... got another notification... called and asked why as I cancelled? Receptionist had cancelled another policy (similar name) instead of mine, and was mad at me for her mistake... smh... find another branch or better offering.. hate to see what the response would be if I ever had to file a claim read more

Farmers Insurance - Kristie Brian

I cannot tell a lie -- I despise writing checks for insurance premiums. But insurance is necessary,…read moreand Kristie Brian eases the pain. Why? First, my home flooded a few months back, and she answered her phone on the second ring. (Farmers took care of us.) Second, we initially tried to buy MORE coverage than we needed, and Kristie talked us off the ledge. How cool (and rare) is that? For those who read this, we live in the Houston burbs. We certainly have some decent agents around here, but Kristie -- even on the phone -- gives us peace of mind. Our youngest son drives in a few years, and I cannot wait to learn what his premiums will be. Two things are for sure though... Kristie will give us the best possible rate, AND the boy will be mowing some yards to pay his premium. ;-) Seriously, Kristie is a people person and an outstanding agent. Get to know her for your own peace of mind.
