Auto insurance came in this year at a crazy high rate... same for my in-laws... found them a policy…read moreat a great price ($200 something vs $800 something)... father in law stopped by to cancel and front desk receptionist told him thanks... "glad you stopped by, otherwise we'd just sue you "...same high rate for mine... called and had receptionist cancel mine as well via email... got another notification... called and asked why as I cancelled? Receptionist had cancelled another policy (similar name) instead of mine, and was mad at me for her mistake... smh... find another branch or better offering.. hate to see what the response would be if I ever had to file a claim
