My family and I went here to have our hair and nails done for a wedding. I personally only had my…read morenails done so I can't speak for the hair. The lady that did my nails was very polite! But, when she was cutting my cuticles she cut too far down and nipped the skin so I started bleeding. It hurt, but I thought "it's okay, mistakes happen." And like I said, she was very polite about it. She moved on to continue on the other hand and it happened again. At this point I was starting to question her experience, but she was nice. She then started to file the nails. They were so uneven. Understand that I'm really not that picky, but some were noticeably longer, or pointier or jagged. I've honestly never seen anything like it. So finally after countless tries I finally just had to file them myself. After I was done, I had her paint them w/ shellac (French manicure). She could not get the white part straight or even... not even close. We were both a little frustrated at this point so finally I just had to tell her to take it off. And I left without polish on. They still charged me $15... What for? I don't know. I left that day with nails that looked worse than what I came in with. Overall, I did not have a good experience... But she was very nice. Although "nice" doesn't do anything about my manicure.

All three members re-did their make-up before the ceremony and many of the pre-wedding official photographs show them re-doing their make-up! However it did not last the one and half hour before the wedding! As I arrived at the register office my hair was all coming down and the front was no longer curly! She also did not blown dry my hair, I had to wash it and get it ready for her! A professional salon was going to charge me as much as she did to wash, dry and curl my hair and put it up as I wanted and do my makeup but I decided to go for her because I would have the comfort of having my hair and makeup done at home!!
