Linda answered the phone, and was extremely helpful and patient throughout. She answered the door when I arrived, showed me the available office furniture, and agreed to hold my order until I picked it up. Although I originally came for a desk, I decided to buy a Bush bookcase instead. The bookcase was brand-new, in box, at less the half the price elsewhere. It came undamaged, and Linda helped me put it in my car. I would consider returning to Market West again for any future office furniture purchases.

We came into to their store after finding there ads on Craigslist.. When we got there the sales man working the floor was courteous and played all the right angles to get out business.. We needed a 2 day time frame that he said they could keep, We bought 3 Offices desks..WE PAID FOR THEIR ASSEMBLY SERVICE WITH THE GUARANTEE OF BEING ABLE TO PICK IT UP 48hrs LATER.. Well 48Hrs later, The furniture still wasn't even in the warehouse from the manufacture because their driver was "Sick" .. Then pushing us back another 2 days telling us "We can't make you any promises but we'll call you in 2 days" ... ARE YOU SERIOUS. We then went on to speak with THE OWNER who told us there Refund policy was "SO STUPID, JUST STUPID" ( who says that, especially when that policy is your own contract you enforce and wrote ) Wtf. SO that very stupid refund policy said, We would lose our Mandatory CASH Deposit of 50% and there would be a restocking fee EVEN THOUGH The furniture wasn't even picked up/delivered from the factory supplier. I LITERALLY CANT EVEN. We had NO choice but to wait the total of a WEEK to get our furniture assembled for the pick up. Let's not forget That we had HIRED AND RENTED A CREW AND A TRUCK FOR THE ORIGINAL PICKUP QUOTE OF 48hrs. We lost money and time waiting for this company to get there orders together. They could have been honest with us from the beginning and we could have just went to a different furniture "Liquadator" But no the ONLY way these guys can make a sale is by apparently lying to there customers. Very unprofessional. These guys DO NOT CARE ABOUT your potential time and money to be had. As long as they get your signature and cash deposit they will tell you, "WE WILL TRY OUR BEST, WE HOPE WE CAN MAKE OUR 3rd REVISED QUOTE TO YOU GUYS HAPPEN." This place looks like a great find, from there good prices to their decent warehouse in chatsworth but it's nothing but a slowly operated business who finds customers by advertising on CL, I should have known better.
