He came next day, replaced tank in 15 min or so, informed me it was under warranty (great!) A ot 2-3 mos later, received bill for $195 for "minimum service call in service area"--their address is less than half mile from my house. My husband called, was told, "This is how we do it, & besides, I was out to dinner with my wife when you called me!" Now, 2 weeks later we received a second bill with a late fee, $16.86, saying 1.5 % interest after 30 days (again, we weren't BILLED until over 2 months after the work!! Definitely do NOT recommend this business. AND the billing envelope looks like a child addressed it, very unprofessional!
