It is raining and the temperature is above freezing, so our sump pump could go off at any moment and dump all of that water into our basement. Their tech arrived in one hour and rerouted the pipes from the sump pump. Did I mention this was a Sunday? Great service from a company who listens to customer concerns.

After clicking the ad, I received a prompt message with detailed quotes for various services. The pricing was reasonable, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. On the day of service, I received a helpful reminder via text, followed by a message two hours before the appointment asking if they could arrive early, as they were ahead of schedule--something I really appreciated. Andrew was the technician who assisted me, and he was outstanding. He was genuine, professional, and efficient. Before performing any work, he showed me what the issue was and explained everything clearly. Before getting started, he informed me of the importance of keeping it clean. Mine is on the second floor so that is not something I can just casually do so I knew I needed a screen of some sort to which he suggested the outside plate. He did not fail to mention the price before moving ahead & the level of transparency built a lot of trust. He completed the job quickly without cutting corners and even took the time to explain the airflow improvement--from where it started to where it is now. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality, pricing, and speed of the service. Thank you, Andrew! Highly recommend Dryer Vent Superheroes.
