My husband left Kyle and Amanda a voicemail, which they responded to immediately. They went over to our house right away, where my mother (who was quite shaken up, understandably) was pet sitting while my husband and I were out of town. I am so thankful that they were able to give my mom peace of mind, as well as take care of anything urgent that night. They came back and spent the next day cutting up and piling branches. There were all sorts of other ways they helped out too, such as collecting and relocating lawn decor and bird feeders, taking pictures, and covering up broken windows. Kyle and Amanda are wonderful people who are clearly passionate about helping others. We will definitely be contacting them for all of our tree service needs going forward, as I can't imagine being nearly as satisfied with anyone else after this experience.

Neighbor hired him to trim branches up the property line. That is fine but he should have informed…read moreus he was going to WHACK the tree. With the courtesy of a knock on the door we could have approached the job better. Rather than leave many 4-6 inch diameter branches with no other foliage, they could have been cut at the trunk. When asked about it the response was 'I honored my contract and only trimmed to the property line.' As with all things there is a right way and the legal side. We are not contesting the legal aspect but the business ethic and way the work was done without consideration to the look of the tree when complete. He did offer to trim the branches back a try to shape it for $400 after the fact. That is simply not happening!
