I would like to give a big Thanks to Tom's Lock & Key. Sunday I managed to break my ignition key and was not getting any luck. Money was tight and no one seemed to help. I spoke with Bryan and he gave me excellent service. Not only did he help me, but we also shared conversations and it just felt helping and welcoming. He made sure my key worked and also was kind enough to give me a spare key. It was fast and friendly. Thank you Bryan and I recommend Tom's services for anyone looking for great customer service. read more

Tom's is a very professional, reliable business. When I needed a new key made for my car, they came promptly and, btw, charged half of what the local dealership was going to charge. That is why they have the well- deserved reputation for honesty and professionalism. read more

My granddaughter locked a bedroom door in my house this weekend and then couldn't unlock it. She had to crawl out the window to get out! I called this morning to see when someone could meet me and get the door unlocked. They said that could meet me anytime. So after my work shift, I met the locksmith. He was right on time and very courteous. Within just a few minutes, he had the door open! If I need help again, I will call Tom's Lock & Key. read more

l accidentally locked my keys in my work truck back when there was snow and ice still on the roads in Feb 2024. Tom showed up within 15minutes and had my truck unlocked in less than a minute. I will definitely be calling him when I need assistance again. Also he is very affordable compared to some of the other locksmiths in the area who provide the same services but not the same great customer service. read more

This locksmith took TWO HOURS to reach my fiancé who was locked out of his vehicle in Harrisburg. I called initially at 8:48 and it sounded great. The guys call him and let him know "they'll be there." No time frame, absolutely nothing. My fiancé calls back at 10:00, they still haven't made it. So I call the receptionist & she informs me that they were on another call, which would've been great to know because I could've called a different locksmith. It is now 10:45 and they claim they are leaving Jonesboro. My fiancé would not let me call and cancel so that I could get a quicker, much more professional place dispatched out because he's a nice guy. Had it been me, no I wouldn't have waited 2 hours. I absolutely refuse to use this company again and recommend that others call any of the number of locksmiths in Jonesboro other than this one! They have absolutely no regard for other people's time much less their professionalism. read more

It was super quick, super easy. Plus he brought both of his Golden Doodles with him. Truck unlocked, great service, and cute dogs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Also, they're open 24 hours.
