We had the pleasure of working with Tom on two projects, interior and exterior. Tom is a true professional, who communicated well throughout the process. When it came to color choice, his insight was extremely valuable. When it came time to do the interior, Tom followed up, making sure the job he previously did on the outside was still 100 percent. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Tom and his professional crew. read more

We had used Tom and Inside Out painting a couple of times previously, but the last time was to paint the complete outside of our house. The facia board paint bubbled up in spots soon afterward. Tom had someone check the paint and board underneath. Blamed it on the wood. Maybe so, but they never once tried to repaint even a small spot to even see for sure. Will not use again. read more

Fast and courteous. Tom and crew did a very professional job painting our entire house before we moved in. Paint has held ip nicely!

I am a local realtor and I used I used Tom and his crew to paint the exterior of my house when he was recommended by a client. I got several bids and found them to be competitive and fairly priced. They did such a great job that I brought them back to paint the inside of my house. Again, great job. I now recommend them to all my clients, family, and friends. Great company. read more

Tom and his crew did a great job! It was a large project, whole house. He was as involved as I needed him to be from step 1, picking paint colors, to monitoring daily progress, to fixing any oversights (here were only minor ones) after the job was done He was super responsive and easy to get a hold of when I had questions or concerns. His crew was very respectful and took great care of my property and my belongings. I routinely left them alone to work without any worries. I would highly recommend him without any reservations! read more

Tom and his crew were top-notch.... and he was VERY patient with me because I kept second-guessing the color choice for our kitchen cabinets ... he convinced me that we had chosen the right color and he couldn't have been more correct. We are extremely pleased with everything. Crew was always on time or early. Unfortunately they had to deal with an entire week of rain while doing all the painting in the house and using our garage as a stage/drying area so the painting last 1/2 day longer than originally estimated but who cares? The cabinets all over the house are spectacular.... And, who knew that so much work had to go into painting oak cabinets, the banister and the fireplace mantel? Very labor intensive to insure that it's done right. We highly recommend Tom's Inside Out Painting. read more

I might as well of hired a person from the street. I decided to hire this company because I read good reviews, but after the unskilled job that was done, I can assume the reviews must be from family/friends. I will agree that the initial interaction was respectable and he could be perceived as a professional business man with experience. After a 3 week waiting game, which was not what I had signed for, he finally called the morning before he wished to complete the job to "pencil us in". That really should have been a warning sign. He arrived on time and we had to leave to some planned activities that could not be changed. We made it work because we had already been waiting. We trusted the job would be what we had paid for. When we arrived that evening the job that we paid for in full was less than mediocre from a so called licensed service company. For example, he painted windows, window brackets, floor, fixtures, and sinks. He even painted our AC vent, that was the cherry on top. With his argumentative attitude he came back on his own terms to attempt to rectify the situation. My walls are better because I had to look at each room with a fine tooth comb. With that, there was still some areas that were missed but I was so tired of dealing with such an unprofessional person that we will fix it ourselves. I've had to deal with many service professionals in the past but this experience is one I won't forget for a long time. Go elsewhere with your hard earned money. 3 words to describe the situation disrespectful, unskilled, and untrustworthy read more

Tom and his guys were very professional, along with showing up on time and doing exactly what they said they would do. In this industry, that does not happen very often. They were also very tidy and clean with everything they did, which is rare as well. So I have to give these guys five stars and anyone who needs some paint work done and is looking for a good painter, should definitely contact these guys. Thanks again to Tom and the crew for coming through for me and doing an amazing job. read more

Tom and crew recently painted the exterior of our home. We were so happy with the work he did on the inside this past summer that we decided to go ahead get the outside done since it really needed it. Again we are delighted with the results. He's very responsive by phone, text or in person, timely for arrival and a great all-around help for color selection and information on the products they use. He was very upfront about what the job entailed, how long it would take, and we felt his price was fair all things considered. His crew was polite and efficient, and if Tom wasn't around his foreman was always on site to answer questions. We highly recommend Tom and look forward to his help on future painting projects. read more

Tom talks good but doesn't back what he says. I think he is out of touch with his crews. He says he watched them do prep work, but he wasn't even present. Paint peeling off doors and trim inside. Paint flaking off eaves in large spots (2 places). Thin paint on inside walls from poor spraying. He was to remove and replace eaves with dry rot, and report if it was termites. Very poor job, no report of termites, small wood areas replaced, used large amount of putty to cover up poor repairs and possible termite damage. Now I have to get all of his repairs re-done and house rented for termites. Threw away over $3,000. Tom has no idea what his crew does. read more

I went through a service to get 4 quotes on a rush paint job that I needed(next day). I also called a friend to help me out as I needed it done in one day. My friend ended up coming through and painted my house in one day. I did get a phone call from Tom right away regarding the quote I text him back to let him know the job was already taken and thank you for the call back. I accidentally butt dialed Tom this morning , he called me back and proceeded to ask me many questions about the job that was done, and gave me the time I put in my request, the time he called, and when I responded. Why??? He also started to tell me that when I request a quote he is charged for it. Sorry Tom not in the mood for your lecture this morning. Please try to be more professional next time you don't get the job. I felt like I was being harassed because I wasted your time. Your company will not be recommended by me. Very bad people skills Tom! read more
