When he got to my house he gave me a higher price that what he had quoted. I asked him why the price was much higher than what he had quoted and he could not give me a straight answer. I really needed to have my chairs reupholstered and ready for the holidays, so I agreed to the price. Not only my chairs now feel uncomfortable to seat on because Mr. Marin used a very thin sponge that goes flat when I seat down. I need to get up and walk just so that my buttocks don't go numb. He promised me a partial refund that I have not received yet. I have tried so many times to contact him, but he has been ignoring my phone calls and text messages. I regret doing business with Mr. Marin. I do not give him a zero star because that is not an option or else that is what I would rate his unprofessional business.
