I was referred to Bruce by a family friend, and am glad I called. Bruce removed the oil boiler for free which freed up a lot of space, and took some other metal junk I had lying around, then gave me a very reasonable price to remove the oil tank, with a proper permit, and not a drop of old oil was spilled, and no mess left behind. He even sealed up the holes in my foundation where the old oil pipes ran out. I have a nice clean basement now, I wish I did this years ago, I just never knew who to call. I highly recommend Bruce anytime you need metal or anything else removed, he is very clean, thorough, and detailed oriented, and strives to give great quality for a good value. I was very impressed.

I did call before hand to make sure they took what I was dropping off (humidifier and crock pot) and they were very helpful on the phone. Getting there is sort of tricky, you have to turn into a small lot, look for the JGS - sign and follow it around back. There will be an open garage door (if they are open) there isn't any additional signage but if you go into the garage you can see the offices in the back!

I did an on line search & found Metech Recycling in Worcester. Luckily Sony has a program with them that waives a drop off fee. The downside is that they don't have pick up. The women in the front office were very pleasant, as was the gentleman that helped heave the TV out of the car. So glad to have an electronics recycling center nearby!

Recently I've needed some extra trash to be removed from my household as I was moving out so I've tried calling their phone line to be left to the voicemail message, except there is no way to leave a voicemail, it just ends in a never ending beep. I've called on several occasions over the last week and I've either reached the voicemail, been hung up on or reached a disconnect line. So I check their site for an email and then send an email to them only for it to be sent back. When the trash guy came I asked if he could remove it and he said he couldn't unless I called it in first. I'm extremely disappointed with this service.
