I was shocked to find that my items were dumped in the closets instead of leaving the items unpacked on the beds. While unpacking, I noticed a broken picture, and while putting things away, I noticed a large scratch on the rosewood sleigh bed. Also, one of my dressers no longer closes properly. I did have to call Terri because there was a screw missing from the sleigh bed frame. Sadly, after they left, I observed that the bed was not assembled correctly, as the footboard and the sideboard were not connected. I would use A-team again when I move.

I'm guessing that has to do with proper planning when the facility was built. Prevailing winds were taken into account. But, the best part is the owner, Bill. He's always available and kindly offers help if needed. I had never backed a camper into a parking spot. With Bill's patient guidance, we got it done.
